埼玉県物産観光協会では、令和6年度より米国の有力雑誌の編集者やジャーナリストに向けて、「埼玉県には訪れる価値のある観光コンテンツが豊富であること」を米国に本社を持つ広報会社を通じて発信し、米国内で能動的な広報活動を開始しています。令和7年度も引き続き、米国内の編集者やジャーナリストとの関係構築や情報提供を行い、県への取材ツアーに招聘し、米国の有力雑誌で埼玉県の観光素材が記事として紹介される可能性を高めるために本事業を行います。つきましては、米国内で埼玉県の広報代理業務を行っていただける事業者を募集します。

Since 2025, the Saitama Products and Tourism Association has been actively conducting public relations activities in the United States, sending out information to editors and journalists at major American magazines through a public relations company based in the United States, to let them know that Saitama Prefecture has a wealth of tourism content that is well worth a visit.  In 2025, we will continue to build relationships with editors and journalists in the United States and provide them with information, invite them to press tours of the prefecture, and conduct this project in order to increase the likelihood that articles about tourism resources in Saitama Prefecture will be introduced in influential magazines in the United States. Accordingly, we are looking for a company that can act as a public relations agent for Saitama Prefecture in the United States.

(2) Question deadline: 5:00pm (JST), Thursday, April 3
(3) Response to questions: Friday, April 4 (by 5:00pm JST)
